I’m a Creative Leader who integrates creative as both a functional service and a core business partner.

That belief didn’t come from theory... it came from experience.

I’ve spent my career working inside growing, founder-led and PE-backed consumer brands where creative isn’t just about making things look good - it’s about helping the business move forward with clarity, confidence, and cohesion.

My role is to ensure creative is not operating on the sidelines, but embedded in how decisions are made, products are developed, and brands evolve.

Philosophy

I don’t believe most creative challenges are caused by a lack of talent... They’re caused by misalignment.

As companies grow, teams move faster, priorities multiply, and decisions get made without all the right voices in the room. Creative often becomes reactive - brought in late, asked to execute quickly, and expected to solve problems it didn’t help shape. Over time, that leads to burnout, rework, and work that feels disconnected from the brand’s original intent.

I believe creative works best when it’s integrated early and treated as a true partner to the business.

 

When creative is embedded alongside product, marketing, regulatory, and leadership, it can help clarify direction, anticipate challenges, and protect the brand while still moving quickly. Integration creates better outcomes, not just creatively, but operationally.

My leadership approach is rooted in empathy, listening, and clarity. I focus on understanding how different teams operate, what pressures they face, and what success looks like for them. From there, I help design systems, workflows, and decision-making structures that allow people to collaborate effectively without unnecessary friction.

 

Great creative doesn’t come from fear, politics, or rigid process.

It comes from trust, shared ownership, and teams that feel respected and aligned around a common goal.

Creative Leader

I bring over two decades of experience working across the consumer product goods space, with a deep background in beauty and haircare brands. My career has spanned hands-on creative execution, creative direction, and senior leadership, partnering closely with founders, executives, marketing teams, product development, and global stakeholders.

 

Earlier in my career, I developed experience across multiple creative disciplines. That range gave me a deep understanding of how creative work is made and, more importantly, how it breaks. Today, that perspective allows me to lead without blind spots: guiding teams, editing work, and making informed decisions about where to invest resources without micromanaging the process.

 

My focus now is on building and leading in-house creative teams that are designed to scale - teams that are collaborative, resilient, and deeply connected to the business they support.
